At Koshberry, we want you and your little ones to love every piece you order. If something isn't right, here's how our return and refund process works.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, and products damaged due to misuse, are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at Koshberryindia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or colour, we're happy to arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
