At Koshberry, we want your order to reach your little one as smoothly as possible. Here's how shipping works.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days, depending on your location within India. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum order value (as shown at checkout). Orders below that threshold are charged a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Koshberryindia@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll investigate with our courier partner.

International Shipping
At this time, we currently ship only within India. We hope to expand internationally soon.
